FB forgot the first appointment and no one showed up. Second appointment was set up and they did a fine job fixing the generator.

Communication was first rate. Serviceman was easy to work with and on time.

Took longer than expected, left a bit of a mess and cuts for recessed lights were jagged enough that I'll have to take them down and patch the ceiling.

Good work. Cost was lower than estimate. Initial problem with scheduling. Not a fan of $60 eval fee (applied towards bill since work was done). Would recommend.
